More suitable for small and medium sized businesses Technical characteristics of the unit:1.This lathe is used to process rotary pull-rods, mainly composed of feeding device, front/rear guiding device, cutter disc, discharging device, main drive system and auxiliary devices of mainframe.2.Mainframe: the mainframe mainly consists of the lathe bed, spindle, oil-air lubricating system, front pinch roll, pinching device, pick-up device, front/center/rear guiding device, main transmission and other parts. Driven by main transmission via the synchronous belt, the spindle drives the cutter disc with four adjustable cutters to rotate in high precision and speed. Driven by front pinch roll, rods are engaged in straight line feed movement, and front guiding device conducts centre positioning for rods. Then the cutter disc begins to cut the rods, and after being cut, the rods enter center/rear guiding devices for further centering. The pick-up device sends turned rods into the discharging roll table, thus realizing high speed cutting processing of rods.3.Driven by the servo motor, the four cutter bars on the cutter disc decelerate in high precision; meanwhile, the turning tool is radially adjusted, thus realizing radial size adjustment without stopping the machine. If discharging detection & control system is added, online control of automatic size adjustment can be realized.4.There are 3 groups of cutter bars, each group with four, 12 in total. Each cutter bar can be finely adjusted. Uniform size may be set on the meter of the toolsetter in advance to facilitate rapid replacement and improve working efficiency. Touch screen on the operating panel can be used to adjust cutter bar feed.5.Cutting fluid circulating & cooling system: the system is mainly composed of circulating pumps, pipes (to be provided by the buyer), nozzles, impounding reservoir (to be provided by the buyer) and other parts.6.Hydraulic system: the system is mainly composed of pump motor, various control valves, hydraulic oil tank and hydraulic pipeline, etc. Pinching and loosening of rods are realized by the cylinder of front/rear pinch rolls. 7.Electrical system: the system consists of power supply system and control system, composed of 1 power distribution cabinet and 1 button control station to realize electrical control of main transmission system, front/rear pinch roll and feed system, cooling system, hydraulic system, chip conveying trolley and auxiliary engine. Main power is AC 380V 50Hz, and control power supply is AC 220V 50Hz. The control system is of weak power (DC24V). Main components are all imported products of well-known brands. Siemens PLC is adopted. 8.Feeding and discharging devices: feeding table is adopted for feeding, and U-type basket is adopted for discharging, with canvas bag for automatic lifting and lowering.
